[tiled-user] Patch: Refreshing imported tilesets (correction)

Hello Pedro,

Thanks for this patch, I've just committed it to Subversion. We plan
to add optional automatic reloading of changed tile sets later, but
this manual option is already very nice!

Aside a bit of cleanup, I've added a reset method to TileCutter as you
suggested (so that the tileCutter can be reused). I've also taken the
exception handling out of checkUpdate and placed it in MapEditor
instead, where the parent frame of the popup can be properly set (core
classes shouldn't open popups).
