[tiled-user] Moving and selecting layers

Hello Pedro,
The planned solution is to draw layer boundaries, so that the move
operation becomes more obvious (I think it should really move the
layer, not the tiles physically). A menu option to resize the selected
layer to map boundaries would then also be added, to make the "new
part" editable.
The CTRL-click to select layer feature sounds cool. This would select
the first layer from the top that has a tile at the clicked area,
right? (I am not familiar with Photoshop).
