Hi out there,

I have found out about tiled
when I was experimenting with stendhal/marauroa.
They use a modified version of tiled.
As I am interested in hex maps I have activated
the experimental option for hex maps in 0.6.1
and tried it out.

I have added/corrected HexMapView (different tile alignments,
scrolling, selecting, ...)
and experimented with a BasicHexTileCutter.
(Beware the code! Normally I'm hacking Python :-)

Is there anyone here interested in looking
at this modified version / discussing it?
On the list I found just one (recent) post mentioning hex maps.
Any hints on what to test and/or is missing for hex maps
and opinions how to do hex maps are also welcome.
Any other free tools with complete support for hex maps?

Cheers,
