If all you have is an iso image or cuesheet setup, Magic Engine won't run them. The author has explicitly not added iso support and won't ever change it. You'd need a virtual CDROM driver to mount the image (I use Alcohol 120%'s virtual driver, daemon tools used to be good but now it's apparently got adware in it), but then you can run it like an ordinary CDROM in the emulator. 1.x handles CDROMs much better than the old .99.x builds.
If you need any further help, feel free to PM me...it's an emulator, a system, and a game I am very very familiar with.

I know that and I was pretty sure you'd answer to this post :). It is thanks to you I know about CF2 at all really.
I'm using magicengine 1.0 and I have a lot of strange .pce files like cd-romsystem v1.00.pce and supercdrom2 v3.00.pce and such... I'm pretty lost at theese things. aaah, I'll pm you.
