GOLDEN AGE is a cross-media event that will be simultaniously hitting the internet, radio and computer game market in 2009. An original steam-punk fantasy world filled with vibrant characters and emotionally charged scenarios awaits for those keen to get involved.

Currently we are looking to hire one or more sprite artists to work with GAMESARE and CASCADE STUDIOS in the production of a tactics rpg that is set to be the first 'chronological' story in the timeline of the Golden Age world setting. Whilst Gamesare have the engine for the game almost complete, and Cascade have produced a fine script and plan of in-game events, the game needs populating with characters and backgrounds in order to take form - which is where YOU come in as one of several recommended spriters.

If interested in this high-profile project, please contact us at lost_unit@hotmail.com immediatly with a sample of your own spriting work. We promise that you won't regret it!

Job initially unpaid with bonuses upon sale? Well... sounds really tempting.

What looks suspicious to me is that the studios don't have a domain of their own, but only hotmail ...

If you want to catch me on my domain you can email BWarren@cascadestudios.co.uk or at info@cascadestudios.co.uk - but since I am working from home this week I thought it would be easier to contact me on my (more frequently checked) private account.

And what a charming individual you are - regardless this thread can be considered abandoned as Gamesare's in-house have decided not to bother looking for external 'talent'.

Wow... I came here because the game contests made it seem like a den of talented people. Which I still think it is.

I guess talent doesn't go hand in hand with tact. Spammers suck, but damn, man, was that even remotely necessary? For what it's worth, you are making yourself and the site very unappealing to lurkers and guests.

I was doing the guy a favor since he's trying to gather other people to help him make a game yet he obviously knows nothing about what he's doing. I may have been a little harsh, but my motive was purely to help the guy so that he would have a better chance.
He turned around and acted like an ass.

Anyway, welcome to RPGDX. Enjoy your stay.

somewhat. I was running on 40 hours of no sleep and sorta was a tad too rude when I was pointing out that this enker guy's website was very unprofessional. and it got a little out of hand.
I removed my posts' contents.
