In all seriousness, it looks like a method of creating a self-repairing circuit to extend the life of whatever devices they are used in. That's a pretty important thing for top branches of the US government, especially in the intelligence sector...equipment malfunction can be catastrophic. That's why they spend billions every year (yes, billions) on the latest advances in technology. What is current for them will be current for us 10 years from now. But self-repairing circuits aren't exactly a new idea; some supercomputers in the Pentagon already have this. So maybe that technology is finally going to reach the hands of the general public? But of course, like all technology that is released to the public long after inception and (mis)use by the government, its implementation will likely be terribly substandard. _________________ If you play a Microsoft CD backwards you can hear demonic voices.
