I went for a doodle that was a little more ambitious today. It isn't finished...and it probably will never get finished...

But if I ever made an indie game by myself...this would be the concept.

A dude protecting a door...with a huge axe...single-handily stopping hordes of mongoloid...alien...zombies.

Let's call it. "Stay away from my f%cking door!"

(I'm kidding of course.)

Uhhh! Well...this doodle is from last-night

Something really strange happened here. When I was doing my thumbnail, I couldn't help but think! "Ahh yea! This is going to look bad-ass"

Half way through scaling up and cleaning up my miniature doodle the question I had to ask myself was, "Why is the dude naked?" (I think the Starz series Spartacus was in my head.)

The second question was..."Why is he only wearing boots?..."

I hope everyone is down with cartoon violence, if not I can remove it.

This would be the second player in "Stay away from my f%cking door!" . A naked...Elf...man...boy.

I'm pretty hung over today so I have nothing new to show.

Here are some doodles I've been doing over at the oekaki site, 2draw.com. I've been there for roughly three - four days? It's an interesting site. I'm not very painterly, so I spend most of my time in a huge public canvas anyone can join making silly doodles.

That's it! I'm going to drink water until I feel 'ok'

Lately I've been scrounging through hundreds of old drawings I did in High-school and I found a scribble of the first character I played in D&D.

I had to take another crack at him. Don't worry he's wearing clothes! A lot of clothes! The concept was he had some magical curse that forced him to bandage his whole body and wear a brass mask. I forget what the curse actually did...

Interesting--he bears a striking resemblance to the main antagonist in Telepath RPG: Servants of God.

Haha!

I was highly influenced by the French King in the movie Kingdom of Heaven if I remember correctly.

It's been years and years though, I can't remember everything about the actual character; I just know he was a Cleric and his name was Clovis.
