Now running on PHP 8 with many compatibility breakages fixed and a number of shims added that enable long removed APIs. A big thanks to Jacob Gustafson for doing most of the work! If you notice anything off, feel free to report any remaining issues on GitHub.
The site had been broken since early 2019, but already before that it was facing encoding issues due to which I wasn't able to log in anymore. When I could finally log in again today, the forum showed me:

Anyway, it's good to have the site and forum back online. However, many of the articles, games and images linked from this site are still gone. Maybe some could be replaced with links to archive.org.
