I'd like to write an article on "Nonlinearity in RPGs", but I don't have anyplace to really put it. I used to have one of those free sites but it has fallen into disrepair and I've forgotten the passwords and such, and it seems rather silly to register a new one just for one article. I was wondering if there was some dark corner of RPGDX where you could tuck it? It won't be big, of course, it's just text. I'm not sure about your policy for things like this, but my fingers are crossed. It would be a lot easier for me; I'd be thankful.

If Mandrake and any others who hate this topic like it was a horrible plague have read this far (unlikely), I do intend it to be a critical article on when and to what degree nonlinearity is useful, not a linear-plot-bashing raa-raa yay-yay long live nonlinearity support-rally. Just so you know.

You could host your article(s) off of my website.

Just send your article to me, and I'll upload it and email you the url.

It's also no problem to create an account for you on RPGDX, like jihgfed.rpgdx.net.

Hey, thanks a lot, both of you!

Wow, jihgfed.rpgdx.net/nonlinearity.html. It looks nice as a link, and it would be lovely. Right now my avatar picture is on a friend's school server, and there's always the chance that he'll replace it with something obscene (ha, I'm kidding, I hope).

Please don't think I'm not grateful, DeveloperX, because I am. It's just that it would be a lot less hassle to both of us if Bjørn is nice enough to host it here. That way, it's much easier for me to modify, especially since I'd like to do it sort of incrementally.

Jihgfed, I could probably also set it up to link through to your friends server if you just want the link. But email me about it, be sure to specify a password if you want to be hosted here, and whether you want an accompaning email adress forwarded to anywhere.

I could, here's a list of stuff I'm sure are supported: email (also webmail and forwarding), http, ftp, perl, php, mysql, cgi scripts and url forwarding. I do want to keep hosted sites below 5 MB, though.
