Really, do Jesus and the devil really have to duke it out? Don't we have common interests? I mean, really both are just trying to enjoy life. Gavin is no threat to you. Besides, it's not like he mentioned anything about Satan on his site or "the pleasures of the flesh" for that matter.
Just because he always thinks what he says through before he says it, doesn't mean he's evil. Question: who is more evil, Bush, or this guy?
To be honest, I don't think the Antichrist would be worse than Dubya.
Anyway, Gavin is cool. If you are going to make friends, you're going to have to learn to accept people's differences with you, and look for common ground. Yeah I know I sound like your mother, or your father, or whomever, but that's simply the way it is.
Besides, it's not like you'll ever actually beat him, or even he you, ya know? I'm not taking either side.

Do you two know this guy in person, 'cause from the web site, I don't see where you get "deadhead" (he's into metal, apparently, which is a pretty far cry from the Grateful Dead), "liar" (what's he lying about?), or "satanist" (no particular religious references on his site) from.
I took a peek at the web site about his game, and was pretty surprised to see that it was a MUSH. Heh. I haven't seen one of those in a long time. (Of course, I haven't been looking...)

That said, key parts of the Unified Field Theory are probably apparent in the Bible at places....

Honestly, offhand I can think of about half a dozen Roman emperors who were far more likely to give the Antichrist a run for his money than anyone currently living. The whole "Dubya ees ze Devil" thing was cute four years ago; now it's just lame.

Well, for one thing, Bush is real and he's causing problems right now. Whether an Antichrist ever shows up is yet to be seen - maybe we'll luck out and discover that the Buddhists are right and the world won't end in a firey apocalypse of divine wrath.
However, the problem with the "Bush is evil" thing is that you should never attribute to evil intent that which could be attributed to moronic stupidity. It could very well be that Bush is just an idiot, not evil.

I think this thread is important from a developmental standpoint, because it offers a perspective on the relativity of evil, and also, a perspective on the mechanics under which evil originated as a concept. (distinguishing "evil" from "misunderstanding". Kinda harken's back to Tales of Phantasia, don't you think?
