Heh... I dunno, but I might have been the only one who really enjoyed this thread. : ). It's probably not a good idea to take this one any further, so I wont... much. Bottom line, regarding the major issues I agree with both sides, just in my opinion MrFrosty has been hanging out in all the wrong places if he thinks indies aren't innovative. Sounds more like an insecurity thing, where he's clued in to something, and he looking to bring someone else along for the ride. I dunno, but maybe someone hasn't clued in to exactly what the IGDA, IGF, and that whole shareware market thing is. If you wanna word wrestle with more 'Design is Law'/John Romero/Profit freaks, then go get on the IGDA boards. If you want to casually sit back and chat about the simple things, the core meat an RPG is made of, with no conciquences or (much) preasure, then your in the right place.

That's my 2 cents.
