I may not even go with the 3400+... I'm still thinking about going with the 3000+ and just OC'ing up to 3400+ levels... but past that everything else is pretty firm. Just waiting on my federal tax return to order everything. |
Keep in mind that the 3200+ and up has 1MB L2 cache, while the 3000+ only has 512KB. And if you're going to OC, don't buy cheap memory like I did - I can't even get it to run stable at 207MHz FSB. |
Heh, I'm aware of the diff in cache size :) I've run my HyperX up to around 217mhz on this system but I imagine it will go higher.
