Thanks, Mandrake. That helps me figure out what I'm supposed to do :P. I was just wondering if you want to make up a global color code for certain types of coding.
I'm not sure what the different kinds would be, but maybe something like:
Red: This is something I think may be hard for noobs.
Green: Added code.
Orange: Note to you, as a suggestion, or whatever else.
Brown: Extremely urgent thingy, not sure what though o_O

I ask people, please DO NOT edit the code inside o the word docs, if you think the code needs to be changed, change the source code examples. Why? Because I write/edit/change the examples first, then move it to the actual book. If you cahnge the code in the book, the examples might not get changed.
The colour cordination of the changes really isn't important to me, so if you come up/use a style similiar to Ninkazu's, that's fine by me, but I'm not standardizing a way, just make sure the text you change appears as a diffrent colour that's all.

I'd like to help.
I think I could work as one of your Newb Readers, as I really don't know how to program at all.
Katton out.

sorry, as I've said before, you at least need to know a little C++....that's the only requirement.

Editing out some obv typos, testing out the sample code, and putting together a .zip file for people to use with the necassary libraries. So basicly, the introduction is almost done :) I'll send it out as soon as I feel I've done as much as I can on it.

Editing, recompiling, and creating all the downloads for chapter 1. Makeing sure I have hte downloads in an easy to install package that's newbie freindly (which, from what I've heard (although i never had a problem with dloading/installing allegro even when i was just learning how to use it), is the hardest thing fro a newb to grasp)....mostly just making it so that i'm happy with the way it's written.
God, I'm so not used to non-fiction...it's way harder to write than fiction.
