I can't find my FF8 PC install disk anywhere (it's not with the other 4 disks) and I lost my install of it when I formatted my hard drive. I really wanted to get the ff8.dls to give to Ben to get back to work on tracking, but <insert curseword here>.

Does anyone have it handy? I'm not talking about the demo dls that pops up on google.

Lost it along with everything else...
But if ben can make great music with those (rather midi-ish) instruments, I'm sure he can do just fine the countless better sample packs out there.
Besides, the default GM.DLS really isn't all that different from the ff8 dls.

Know where I can get any sample packs? He doesn't really have much time to look (since he gets on the computer maybe twice a month), and I haven't a clue what he can use.

I gave him that one already. Ben says he needs a bit more than that, though.

I have the PC version of the game, but I kinda lent it to someone. If you don't find it in a week or so, let me know and I'll send it to you an image of the install disc.
