It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to grips with the UI, but once you get into the 'meat' of the gameplay its alot of fun.

It can, however take up to 14 hours to win a single war (if your army is over 500 units, and your enemy units total over 300...the enemy moves 1 unit at a time...slow on older computers)

but anyway, a hell of alot of fun...I've been playing for 30 hours or more now....lol
