Please, I know this is probably a really dumb question, but I've looked all over the site and I can't find how to anywhere. Thank you in advance

From the homepage, when you are logged on, click the "user page" link in the upper right corner (on the gray bar). Then click the "add game" link near the bottom of the page. Enter your project information and click "Submit project".

Thank you very much, I feel so stupid for having to ask something so simple, thank you for helping me out.

Don't feel bad, it took me a while to find it originally. It isn't clearly marked.

Is this only for games which have a downloadable version for people to try out, or is it also for "games in progress" which are in such an embarassing state of disarray that we don't want anyone else to touch it yet?
Ummm.... not that I'd have a game like that. I just... uh... have a friend who might have a game like that! And he's not even my friend... he's the friend of... someone in a dream I had. Yeah. _________________ Tales of the Rampant Coyote - Old-School Game Developer talks Indie Games, RPGs, and the Games Biz

The project section is for both games in-progress and games that have been completed. The project section has a status field with the following values:
Unspecified
Early Development
Walkaround demo
Playable
Almost Finished
Abandoned
Finished

One thing I would like with this site is to be able to see if a project is finished or not. Something that is not possible today. _________________

Good point.
Way too many projects get to about the 80% stage* and then go into development limbo for the rest of eternity. It'd be nice to find the ones that were complete (well, get released as a "1.0" version at least).
* That last 20% ends up taking 80% of the time, usually.... _________________ Tales of the Rampant Coyote - Old-School Game Developer talks Indie Games, RPGs, and the Games Biz

BadMrBox: You can find the completed projects through the "search projects" link on the left-side of the homepage. Select "Finished" for the status and leave the "Keywords" field blank, then click the "Search" button.
Or visit the following link:
Completed Projects

Don't feel bad, it is another section that isn't well marked. I think it would be more intuitive for people if there was a filter when viewing a category.

Another really dumb question about that,
I do have other people working on the game, but they aren't on this forum (most of them don't really follow forums anyway)
Should I still write their names as a "credit"? _________________ I'm just too lazy to make my own sig ;)
