Conceptart.org is going to try something new soon. A community project of sorts. Not many details given yet, topic is here if anyone is interested and wants to keep an eye on it:

Its still unclear to me if they're looking to actually program a game from scratch or use unreal or what. Hopefully Jason will clarify soon.
