I think you should send a letter to Google asking how you can protect your account from these vandal attacks. If someone can use a script to make it seem that you've violated Google's ToS, then it is Google that is at fault.

Been there, done that. Took Google a month to re-enable my account though.
Strangely, although I received no adsense revenue that month, it was more than made up for with an increase in sales. So there's some evidence that adsense was hurting my sales. Because of that, I scaled back my adsense exposure. I've got a question for you: how successful are you being in pooling your talent? Are you getting the right people for the projects you're making? (or do you end up doing it all yourself?)
