I was wondering if anyone would be interested in some server space that I'm gonna be selling out. It'll have unlimited bandwidth, and a (very)reasonable price, since I'm getting it all for free :). I don't know WHEN the scripts and everything will be written and I'll be ready to bring on accounts, but for now, I just wanted to get some word out about it. Thanks.

By 'unlimited', you mean 'free bandwidth until you piss me off by using up my entire quota and my ISP comes knocking on my door, at which point it costs you money', right? That's how it works with most hosting companies and free hosts ;)

Most people here that need decent hosting for their (small) RPG projects can get hosted on RPGDX. Of course, RPGDX doesn't offer anywhere near 'unlimited' bandwidth. And it contrains the contents of the website.

I would do that, but I don't have a big fat pipe like everybody else :( and my computer with its 5 fans makes a racket like you wouldn't believe.

'Unlimited' as in 'as much bandwidth as you want, smart ass'. All you'll REALLY be paying for is the space. The server is located somewhere in Eastern Washington (state), and from what I've been told has somewhere near 3 terabytes of space (whistles)... and a super-duper connection (super duper as in very (very (very)) fast, I forget the specifics... heh).

Well, I happen to have a friend in my computer science class with 'connections' and 'friends'. I just wanted like 50 megs for my own stuff, but he decided to give me aboot 3000(0)gigs. We aren't sure about the extra zero, yet. And NOW that I've been fired from my damn job (just today) I need a cash flow to support my growing heroin addiction :).
