Who was talking about NG Evangelion awhile back- Well I decided to look it up on google, got some info on it- I had no idea what it was about before... Anyway, I read the leaked script for End of Evangelion -- And was kinda surprised to find quite a few hentai elements. I had no idea that Evangelion was that kinda Anime -- I'm not sure if the script is incorrect, or if only EoE is like that, but could someone (Valderman??) tell me? I'm VERY intrigued by the story, I just sat there gaping after I finished reading the script (Well maybe not, but you get the point)... So I really want to see the series/movie(s?), but if it's got hentai in it I dont know... Not that I mind, but if my parents see me watching it then they'll go all beserk and shit... So I dunno. It also bugs me how almost every anime worth watching has some kinda perverted scene (or two, or three, or...) in it -- It's just not neccesary.
I mean, come on...
Anyway. Someone please let me in on the details.

NGE, episode 20-something: Misato having sex with Kaji, nothing explicit, doesn't even show Misato's breasts,
EoE, opening scene: Asuka in coma, Shinji jacking off beside her. Again, nothing explicit. You just see him go shut the door, then some noises, and then a closeup of Shinji's hand covered with semen.
I definately don't think your parents would disapprove of Evangelion, actually, I think it's the least ecchi non-kiddy anime I've seen.

Gainax was the studio, but the series was written by Hideaki Anno. As far as I know he considers that his life's work. If he has written anything beyond Eva, I doubt you will be able to find it in translation.

But i think that comes under 'fan service' and not hentai. But it's an adult anime, and as with any adult movie or show, you might see some tit.

I've only seen the first two episodes, so I don't know. What I DO know is that Rei Ayanami (blue haired girl) is a clone of Shinji's mom.

Yeah, he does. I nearly forgot that one. According to some people, Eva is almost an attempt to symbolize (not show) sex in as many ways as possible...haven't thought of it that way, will have to watch it again ASAP to research.
