Does anyone know of some free (downloadable) inverse trig functions for QB? I don't have time to look right now and i can't remember if QB comes with any versions of ASIN, ACOS, ATAN. I could use them. If not i guess i'm going to have to use tables of somesort. Yuck. _________________ yep...

A quick search with Google yielded the following definitions:
Code: | PI = 3.14159265#
DEF FN ACOS(x) = - ATN (x / SQR ( - x * x + 1)) + .5 * PI
DEF FN ASIN(x) = ATN (x / SQR ( - x * x + 1)) |

take a close look. bjorn is merely assigning acos and asin the proper variables. there is no acos and asin. bjorn is showing you how to make your own though. _________________ Adosorken: I always liked slutty 10th graders...

Yeah I know what he was showing, I was simply saying, "oh, QB has a built in ATAN function I didn't know that...". My keywords were one function, as bjorn just said:
