The tablet I ordered 1½ month ago finally arrived yesterday, effectively eradicating any hopes of finishing my schoolwork for this term. A piece of advice: DO NOT order stuff from cotec.de - their deliveries are damn late, and they won't answer e-mails.

Anyway, getting used to looking at the screen while drawing is pretty hard, but I think I'm beginning to get the hang of it now - or at least I can manage to draw semi-straight lines. =P
Here's a little sketch I tried drawing using only the tablet. Anyone who laughs gets a virtual boot up their ass, since encountering an artistic genious only a year older than my little sister has seriously deflated my ego. =\

Ah well, "practice makes perfect", so practice is what I'll do.

I also have a tablet (Wacom Graphire 2), but before I can draw like you I'd need so many extra hours of practise. I think it's nicely done.

I know how to make a bad drawing look reasonable. ;-)

Pretty nice Valderman especially for one of the first drawing with a new tablet. Drawing with the tablet takes a little practice, especially if you're used to drawing with traditional materials. But once you get the hang of it it will be second nature.

if you're interested check out my website... all the artwork there was done exclusively with a Wacom.

O_O

Jesus H. Christ, you kick some major butt in the artistic department!

If I kill you and eat your hands, will that give me your skills? Hmm... Better watch your back... ^_~

Perhaps not, but you could always swipe yours for his. You know, like the Robot Devil.
