Well, I found this the other day->

I mena yeah, techniically you could just design a map in photoshop or even create your own, but this tool is kinda nifty. Anyway, I was thinking of including a canvas map with every copy of the Changeling. _________________ "Well, last time I flicked on a lighter, I'm pretty sure I didn't create a black hole."-

Seems like a nice map making tool.
I don't have to think far back for remembering RPGs that came with maps though, when I bought Morrowind it came with a map too, quite a nice one. :-)

yeah and Morrowind's map is actually useful, unlike Neverwinter Night's map.

well I meant most console RPG and console style RPG games. Heh, almost every PC game I have gotten comes with tons of great stuff. Maps, nifty looking manuals, details on the world itself. As far as cool stuff coming with a game package, PCGames are the shizzy. _________________ "Well, last time I flicked on a lighter, I'm pretty sure I didn't create a black hole."-

I'm only two maps away from having all the Ultima 1-9 cloth maps :)
I'm missing U7 part 1 and U3... oddly enough I *had* 3, but lost it when I last moved.
High quality cloth maps are the sheet, but they are hella expensive to fabricate unless you're doing it in bulk.

yes, but I did find a good place that sells inkjet canvas for pretty cheap. It comes in 8x11 pages, so I can get a few on each page. Being that it’s 10 for a pack of 20, it’s actually cheaper than printing labels. Now this is if I get my expected amount of sales per week. If it’s more than what I expect, I would need to do bulk printing anyway, just to handle the orders less I go insane.
BTW- the canvas inkjet stuff can be found at any craft store. I got mine at Jo Anne Fabrics. Craft stores are nifty. I also bought ‘blank’ shrinky dinks there. Now I can make little miniature armies for shits and grins. Weeee. _________________ "Well, last time I flicked on a lighter, I'm pretty sure I didn't create a black hole."-

Golden Sun 2 (gba) came with a paper map, a totally useless one. But it was quite cool until some snails crawled in through the window and ate it.

"Until"? Dude, watching a hoard of ninja snails (they came in through the window - thus, ninjas) eat a large map would be the tightest thing to ever witness.

Golden Sun also came with a paper map. Also, I'm pretty sure that all of the remakes done by Working Designs come with some sort of map. Lunar: SSSC definitely came with a cloth map, and I assume Eternal Blue did as well. _________________ "...LeoDraco is a pompus git..." -- Mandrake
