Description:

Taking place five years after the conflicts in Cai's Quest 2, this game tells the tale of an enemy thought to had died and the destinies of a prophet and a thief. The newest windows version plans to incorporate all the storyline of demo 4 plus a new battle system and additions to storyline where it was lacking. The revamped version sits atop a DirectX 7 engine with new effects and a complete overhaul of the old systems.

1. Cai's Quest 3 DOS will be completed in September 2002
2. New tilesets for Cai's Quest 3 will be released after Cai3 is, unless you want the game with held until they're done.

Good, but it could receive a much higher score... The plot is amazingly well planned but it could have been far better delivered, it has the potential to be a novel! But, with merely satisfactory graphics it will never earn those 9's and 10's. A complete revision of the graphics and perhaps the way the story
is delivered (a more fluid and smooth approach, perhaps without so many random enemy encounters!)
would certainly bring the scores it deserves! Otherwise, a solid 8. This has the potential...

Though this game had the potential to be a masterpiece, it's let down by a slow painfully dull battle system and extremely slow movements. Though it is a credit to the games storyline and carachters that I had the patience to finish it.
