I made a bad mistake. I told my girlfriend that I'd have something romantic and fun planned for her on Valentine's day. One problem... I have no friggin' idea what to do! Heeeelp!

(BTW, this will be the first time I'm not single on Valentine's day. Man, Feb. 14 really sucks when you don't have a Valentine...)

I have no bright ideas for you man, sorry. I only know that the madness has already started in the shops, it's plain mad!

I hate Valentine's Day. Whoever invented it should be put to death in a most horrible way.

BTW, Methinks that telling your GF you will have something planned out when you haven't already figured out exactly what isn't really a good idea...

This was back in '93... so we could actually do this, but...

My girlfriend (who is now my wife) blindfolded me and drove me down to the airport (Tampa International) in the middle of the night, and we spent the evening running around the airport, watching planes take off and land, and in general being crazy. The airport is *quite* large compared to many I've been in, and has a hotel and art gallery built-in, so there's plenty of weirdness to sop up. Riding the tram was fun :)

Too bad thanks to increased airport security you just can't do that any more... 'twas quite entertaining.
