For one, Q3 isn't open source as far as I know, as iD still doesn't have a superior engine out. The source will probably be released shortly after Doom 3 comes out.
Also, have you tried using Google, or perhaps taking a look at SourceForge? These magical technologies called 'search engines' and 'websites' allow you to find things that you're interested in. ;) Sounds almost like you're asking people to do your college project for you...
If you need example code or libraries, it also helps for you to tell us what you need. I mean, hell, if you want free code, I can give you a link to the source code for the OpenOffice Word Processor, but I doubt you'll find that very useful.
