If you're using SMF 1.0.5, UPGRADE NOW. There's a major exploit in it, it took down TBN temporarily (back up and running now though) and it's taken down quite a few others as well by wiping out your settings file. Even the most secure software in the world is eventually bound to have an exploit...looks like SMF's day finally came. _________________ If you play a Microsoft CD backwards you can hear demonic voices. Does it do anything other than wipe out your settings file?

Well, that's what happened to TBN...I'm sure there's other things that could be done. It was an SQL injection vulnerability. _________________ If you play a Microsoft CD backwards you can hear demonic voices. The scary part is that if you play it forwards it installs Windows. - wallace
