Hi everyone,

I'm new here, I've been checking around for development forums for RPGs/Action game and stumbled on here, I have to admit it seems exactly the style of community I was looking for.

I'm working for a small studio (even though we are the world leader, we're less than 100 employees)) in Montreal that makes video games for airliners (when people take the planes and are bored, we make games to make them...less bored)

I love playing more underground games and this place seems to be a good resources site for personal projects.

Well I'm not planning to join any project for now, as I already have my own thing to work on (might eventually look for some people around here if I see talent and all, but we're already a good sized team)

But it seems theres a lot of nice games on the site ^^

Hello there :)

It's good to see new faces, although I miss some of the old ones. For sure I too keep hoping this place will come more active again.

I've lately been busy with my own project and work, but I use to look in here once a day or so.

Usually once someone triggers a discussion the forum lives up a bit. Many people watching, but only few spawn new threads.

I'd like to see more activity around here too.

I'm a new face, myself, though I'm kind of a long-time lurker.

There seems to be a TON of indie RPG development going on (well, depending on whether you are using Imperial or Metric tons, I guess...), but not a whole lot of discussion going on around here about it.

There are some pretty skilled graphics artists here, too, but mostly silent it seems, a few songwriters/composers, too, and some people with a hang of storytelling.

Just about everything a RPG needs ;)

The programmers are the most active group though it seems, and the one that posts the most questions.

But just look through the old messages and you'll find a bit of everything.

yea I checked some of the pixel art and a few concept art, unfortunately, lots of the links are dead now :S

who knows, maybe some artists and composer will lurk back one day ^_^
