I used to post my pixel art here. But I don't pixel so much anymore, I do digital painting nowadays. I suppose this art could function as actual in-game art, but they were really made as concept art... I've been putting together a portfolio to apply for a job at AAA title producing game companies. So its not indie related. But its game related at least. Thought you all might enjoy. Theres some more critters on my webpage.

Looks pretty good. I'd hire you if I had money and a game engine to plug art into.

Real nice work. I would love to see more and know more about the project. Is it in the project pages here?

Very impressive. I really like your unique style.
I'd say that the odds are in your favor at landing a position in the industry.
Keep up the amazing work, and focus on your goals.
You will achieve.
{edit}
I checked out your site, and I am more than impressed now.
If I had a budget larger than the measly $20 in my pocket, I'd hire you for my next project.
However, I will certainly keep you in mind when I have more funds available. _________________ Principal Software Architect

They are not for a game project. They were done for a concept art contest, I was given a list of 30 creature descriptions, and had to choose 10 and do 10 iterations of each description for total of 100 creatures. I had to do them in a couple weeks so they were rough, these four are some that I went back and touched up for my game-biz portfolio.
Heres a sappy pre-raphaelite-esque peice I just did for another contest that will go in my illustration portfolio:

This looks - frankly - awesome.
How are you at texture art, as opposed to concept art? Done any UV-mapped texturing before? _________________ Tales of the Rampant Coyote - Old-School Game Developer talks Indie Games, RPGs, and the Games Biz

I've dabbled in 3D, made a couple models. Only thing I've UV mapped was a simple 4 sided rectangular box. I put a cereal box texture on it. hehe. I've been meaning to get back to learning the 3D pipeline. I gotta make myself do daily exercises.
