I find myself often looking for a color in QB, (or to emulate QB with other languages) and instead of having to trial-and-error my way through this task, I made this little utility.
I'm sharing it here with everyone so that if you are ever having the same issue I had, you can easily get a solution. :D

Nice one. I ran into similar problems a while back when trying to turn some custom images I generated in QB ages ago into a real image format, and had to figure out the colour pallet. I only got close though - didn't have it 100% accurate.
I can see this being a handy tool.
