Okay so I gotta vent.
some of you know that I was to go to an interview today right? well that fucking went sour.
Heres how it went.

Me: "Hello, my name is Richard, I'm here for my interview. I received an email informing me to come in for an interview."

Them: "We're not hiring at this time, I'm sorry."

Me: "Well then WHY did I receive an email telling me to come in for an interview after I put in my application?"

Them: "That is a generic email response."

Me: "It SHOULD be listed as such in the email. Thanks for wasting my time and my gas."

The entire email is below.

I cannot express how irritated I am over this.

But fsck it. I'm not going to waste anymore time on it.
I asked an old coworker if they would talk to their current employer and my coworker agreed to inquire for me. So I'm hoping that that works out now...*cross fingers and closes eyes tight* ...if it doesn't I don't think that I'll be doing much of anything anymore...

Weeeeell, I wouldn't say illegal. You could probably sue for promissory estoppel and get your gas money back. :S It wouldn't be worth the court costs, though.
