Lacking a title, and starting more than 10 hours after the contest began.

Here is what my project looks like so far.

I doubt I'll have any kind of game play done before the contest ends.

All the graphics I'm doing with KolourPaint, GIMP, and Wings3D.
Rendering scenes using Anim8or through WINE on Ubuntu Linux.
:D

Code is C++ and Allegro, using a custom PNG loader that I wrote.

ok, enough talking.. back to work..

Okay, I got collision detection and scene scrolling working.

I'm dropping a win32 build of this crap just in case I don't get to finish any more.

Theres a readme.txt included in the .zip

But here it is again:

demo build v0.0.3

controls are ESC to quit
arrows to move
there is nothing to do at this time.
the scene scrolls, and you can move around the scene.
this demo was designed, programmed, and built in ~ 2.5 hours
all art assets are my own work, and are under copyright.
do not use for any purpose without permission.

-edit-
the collision detection has flaws. oh well. I tried to fix it, but my brain just cannot do this anymore. :P I think I'm out. cause tomorrow I have zero time to do anything on the computer.
so, good luck to everyone, and when I am able to get back on this damn thing, I'll check out what has been done.

It works fine here, except for that collision issue which allows me to walk through one of the walls...
