What do you guys think of all this anger that is being talked about in the media? People upset and furious.... Personally I think those people are either insane or being driven insane by those who are.
I think that the Whitehouse screwed up when they let the CBO frame the cost as "a trillion dollars". In reality it's only an average of $100 billion a year, which of course was only half the annual cost of the Iraq war. (in dollars) It's interesting that the same people who insisted we go to war in Iraq have an objection to spending half that cost to insure their countrymen. My immediate conclusion is that they are nothing more than blood thirsty barbarians, and that is probably correct.
Personally I think Obama has been too nice to these "people". They are clearly insane and unfit to participate in the electoral process. Democracy relies on clear and earnest judgment, not the rantings of lunatics who can't acknowledge a helping hand up when it's given them. I suspect that more than a few of these people do not have, and cannot afford, health insurance themselves.
Insanity, plain and simple. Hatred of change. Just pure hate.

There are actually a lot of fair and rational arguments going on.
But the media typically shows only the extremist crazies. _________________ Tales of the Rampant Coyote - Old-School Game Developer talks Indie Games, RPGs, and the Games Biz
