Then again, the risk is very small. Worst case, you're down maybe one hour of work for a 15 minute video. Might as well try.

They originally were giving $25 per half hour, so I got paid once for $25 and have subsequently been paid $15 per 15 min video. It's based out of PA, and I have a phone number via the paypal payment. The contact is Kurt Salvatori at 412-298-4973. If you search the number, it comes up as a PA number. This confirms the address on the powerlearning21.com site too. As far as I can tell, it's legit.
