Depends. My brain has a bunch of different little mind "modules" with their own designated priorities, each scrambling for attention at any given point in time. I try to concentrate on creative fulfillment and social fulfillment primarily, until it's time for my day job--then I concentrate on not losing my primary source of income. :)
