I would have said exactly the same thing if this was a forum of professional writers.
Yes, most RPGs have lame titles; so, judged relative to those, your titles aren't bad. Do you really want your titles "judged relatively", though? Except, I have to say, Final Fantasy 2, 3, etc., are just hilarious titles, and I love them, even though I understand that hilarity's not the desired effect.

Naw. I was off-topic, I deserved a bit of a licking. Besides, we're all thick-skinned here, right? It's none of it personal.
I very much like Her Carved Heart as a title. Sparks interest. To whose "carved heart" is it referring, though?
I always thought "manakin" was just a strange variation of "mannequin". Hmm... learn something new every day, eh?

sorry for the l33t but I've just finished reading MegaTokyo (all of them) and well I just had to...
I never knew about the Manakin thing.... either way "ManaKin" gives me a different feeling than Manakin.
Her Carved Heart is good...but it is your discison and you game so name it "the monkey called sara" if you wish

Drowning In Her - Powerful image. The "in her" part seems somewhat awkward.
Lunar Vision - "Lunar" and "Vision" are both bordering on cliche.
An Ellipse of Truth - Very awkward. Ellipse is a rare enough word that the reader might not immediately recognize it; the first time I read the title, I read "eclipse". And what the heck is "an ellipse of truth" supposed to be? Will the game explain it? Is it even relevant to the game?
I'm not a fan of overly abstract or clever titles. To me, the purpose of a title is to state what the work is about. This explains the very lame but very descriptive title for my 48 hour rpg, "The Ghost of the Haunted Grove".
Her Carved Heart - Another powerful image. The word "her" seems vaguely redundant.

The name 'Sauerkraut' doesn't relate with our 48-hour compo in any way. Except one of us (Georg) played this song with the line "I hate sauerkraut!" in it while developing the game... can't remember the song's name.

HallowChild
HollowChild
they both fit but don't go together well (as because they are only one letter off)
maybe HaollowChild? (the a and o being combined into one symbol)
this good?
Perhaps Haollow Childern???
