Good god, we moved to a new office last week, and there were no vending machines on this floor. I put in a request for some vending machines to be installed and I get an email saying that a company has to be called into investigate whether a "concentrated load" will cause any structural integrity problems with the building before one can be installed.

Doesn't that just fill me with confidence, so if you bring a coke machine up to the 23rd floor of this place the whole buildings going to topple over and collapse? Fantastic.

They _are_ pretty heavy; I've moved one before. Not a fun thing to do. But yeah... I'd be treading lightly across that part of the floor. Might pack a parachute just to be safe...

According to the reply they weight 700kg, or you can get a "smaller" version which weighs 500kg. So basically every time we cram 10 guys into a meeting room we risk having the building fall over?

We've got a big glass fridge full of grog, its got a giant padlock on it though.

Cant, the page is blocked by the HTTP proxy. I work for one of the largest banks in Australia- they're kinda paranoid when it comes to computer security :)

Dont stress too much mister, we have plenty of time to go over the storyline for the game. I mean I'm still working on the engine code :) Just looking at some nice atmospheric effects, rays of light through clouds, realistic water rendering etc. It'll probably bump up the minimum system requirements, but oh well :)
