since the thread seemed to start on comedies I can't believe that SuperTroopers escaped mention. That movie was a LOT funnier than I ever thought it would be. Almost as good a classic as Office Space (some say better).

LOL. Funny you should mention Yellow Submarine, I was in the video store last night and picked it up on DVD. Didn't get it because it looked naff- but yeah :)

When I picked it up it reminded me of being in Kindergarten singing it "We all live in a yellow submarine...". And at about that time some kid whose name I temporarily forget who had decided to eat all the yellow Play-Doh, vomited it all back up all over the table.

I thought the Yellow Submarine animated movie to be rather funny.

It does look a bit s**t... ;) but it's good, especially if you like subtle humor and Beatles music. It's as good as or better than the animated portions of Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
I'll stop trying to sell it and shut up now....
