CIRCUITZ is here!
(I uploaded on geocities so you gotta manually type the address)

In my last billeting week during Katimavik I downloaded QuickBasic (unfortunately a German version but it still worked, heh) and whipped up a remake of an old game of mine, but this time with a much more advanced AI computer opponent that scans the board for possible traps and strategy points every turn, in addition to predicting two moves in advance.
The object of the game is to either connect to the yellow square, or force the computer into a wall. _________________ Mark Hall

I'm sorry, I couldn't figure out what to do, let alone the best way to do it. Is there any sort of manual for this game? It looked cool, though: I do like abstract strategy games.

"Circuitz" is kind of a misleading term, because you don't actually complete a full circuit in the game, just a long twisty line.
The "current" of the circuit starts at the little dancing yellow particles on the upper left side of the screen. You and the computer trade turns putting down wires in the grid's squares. If the circuit is broken by running the current into a wall, then the player who broke the circuit loses. OR the player who connects to the yellow square wins. Each turn there is a maximum of three moves you can make (you can't turn the circuit backwards). You can run the circuit through wires that are already on the board.
