get yourself a copy of linux on a usb drive and use proxys to bypass the school filters.
takes a few hours of research on google to find out how to get it all working. I recommend the dsl (damnsmalllinux) distro

I've made an account, but I've not got into it yet. Noticed the graphics... looks like you could use some help with those.
I liked the magic-physics concept. I think you can do a lot with that.

Yes, agreed - graphics are not top notch. Actually, I did get around to putting together some better tiles for the battle maps. I finally updated the screenshots here today:

Quite a bit better I think, but of course there's always room for more improvement.

The graphics aren't bad. If the game mechanics are fun that would already be good enough to keep me playing for a long while :)
You could try to have sets of slightly different tiles for each floor type (grass, earth) and then randomly pick from the set. This breaks the repetitive look. 4 tiles work nicely already in my experience, more than 8 are most likely not needed.

Nice tip - I'll have to give that a shot sometime. _________________ Pioneers of Aethora - Browser-Based Tactical RPG: http://aethora.com
