Besides, doesnt the world already have ENOUGH great RPGs that arent in English? I couldn't deprive the english-speaking world of my epic RPG adventure (that ended up getting deleted a few months later anyway...)

I should note that in Dezaemon you could use the SNES mouse but mine was in pretty bad shape at that point (too much Mario Paint).

nwn does not have rooms over rooms.. (becuase it uses a 3d tile engine) but it does have areas of different hieghts within each map.

Dungeon Siege would be an example you are looking for, maybe? it often had multi-storied buildings or the like within the same map.
